You have to go inside the app (Noteful or Goodnotes) click on stickers or collections and go to the plus button > import file> find downloaded file & import
NOTE: Sometimes the app glitches and causes white boxes to appear where the name of the tab should be. If this happens the best way to fix it is to delete the tabs and reinstall.
